Miss B had been following Valerie's work for awhile!

Like many, nerves and a busy life held her back from embracing a session sooner!

Even in the moments leading up to her session Miss B was nervous, like most clients, but quickly those nerves went away bit by bit!

"I was extremely nervous and had to listen to “pump up” music before my session to get in that nothing is above me zone.

I started to doubt myself but when I walked in the studio and was greeted so kindly I felt like I was more confident.

I felt like the workers had faith that I was gonna rock the session so that made me feel the same way!"

We loved watching her ideas blossom to life all throughout her session as she stepped more and more out of her comfort zone as the day went on.

More thoughts from Miss B from the perspective of being a Mom:

"I have always been very hard on myself when it comes to physical appearance as most women are. I filled my head with so much negativity that I believed it. After I had my daughter I worked so hard to change my mindset so she would learn to view herself in a positive way and embrace all of what makes her her, but how could I expect that from her if I couldn’t do it myself? I like many other women had a c section and stretch marks and had mixed feelings about the changes in my body, but I have since tried to embrace them. I workout and have gotten healthier but I’m still not where I want to be but that’s okay because every day is a work in progress. With that being said getting my pictures done was the next step in my journey to love myself a little more. To step out of my comfort zone. To embrace all the things I disliked. When I tell you the pictures did that and so much more it was absolutely mind blowing and still almost two weeks later I think about the pictures I saw of myself and can’t believe it’s me. Comfortably ME!"
