Everyone is of my clients is unique and affected positively in their own way. We all know that every one of us have lived through many different life events that have changed and molded us into the people that we are now. Those events if negative take a toll on us, on how we see our selves and value ourselves. I hear many stories from my clients and ladies who haven't even scheduled a session yet. Sometimes these stories are seemingly simple things that are normal parts of life like having children, or loosing or gaining some weight. Other stories are more extreme events that affect us like physical and/or mental abuse, or it may be the experience of a break up of a long time relationship, or possibly we were bullied growing up . . . the list goes on. In any of these type of instances, we can forget who were are and what we are capable of.  

Sometimes we might not even realize it until something happens that reminds us of that strong, confident person we once were!

My client's boudoir session had strong impact on her life and how she realized she had been living! I will let you read it in her words:

 When I say my boudoir shoot with Valerie changed my life I mean it. Before my shoot I had forgotten my self-worth, beauty, and sex appeal. I was in the middle of unsuccessful fertility treatments and going through a very rough time in my life. I was complacent in my relationship and just coasting through life.
